Vincent Chiu

Vincent graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts in 2013, where he received his BFA in Drama, majoring in Acting. At the Academy, he received the Outstanding Actor Award for his performance in Quartet. His other Academy performances include The Desired, Fuente Ovejuna, All's Well that Ends Well, Stars in the Morning Sky among others. After graduation, he has been actively involved in various productions, including Hong Kong Repertory Theatre's The White Blaze of the Morning Sky, Pure Box's children's show Two Heads Are Better Than One, Theatre Horizon's Century-old Dreams of a Fishing Harbour – Episode I, Chung Ying Theatre's The Happy Prince, among others. In August 2014, Vincent joined Theatre Horizon with a performance in The Lu-Tings at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, playing the Narrator. Vincent has also a strong passion for dance, specializing in Hip Hop, Locking, Jazz, and Contemporary. He was a back up dancer for the G.E.M. X.X.X. Live and Sandy Lam's Pranava concert, and is also a freelance performing artist and tutor for various schools.


於2013年在香港演藝學院戲劇學院畢業,獲學士(榮譽)學位,主修表演。在學期間憑《危險關係四重奏》獲傑出演員獎,先後往上海及倫敦作學術交流。校內演出有《伊人》、《羊泉鄉》、《終成眷屬》、《早上的繁星》、《彼岸》等。畢業後積極參與多種類型演出,包括香港話劇團《灼眼的白晨》、翻譯劇《正義弒者》、兒童劇《1人計短2人計長》、《歷史劇《漁港夢百年第一部曲》、形體劇場《空間與情人》、中英劇團《寶石王子》等等。在2014年八月期間參與愛丁堡藝穗節,於天邊外劇團《廬亭》中飾演英語敘述者。除戲劇外,亦熱愛舞蹈,曾為容組兒伴舞,亦為《G.E.M. X.X.X. Live》及林憶年《Pranava》演唱會作舞蹈員。現為自由身演員和戲劇導師,於多間中小學任教戲劇課程。同時亦努力研究不同範疇的身體鍛煉方法,包括普拉提、瑜珈、太極等等。
